DRAIN MASTER ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

The Drain Master carries a 1 year original manufacturer’s guarantee to be free from defects in manufacturing.  If your Drain Master electric waste valve fails to operate during normal use within this covered period, Phase Four Industries will repair or replace the unit at its discretion.

WHAT IS THE EXTENDED WARRANTY:

The extended warranty offered would come into effect after the original 1 year warranty time period was up.  Your extended warranty would cover cost of a replacement valve only if deemed to be defective due to material or workmanship.

WHAT IS COVERED/NOT COVERED:

The extended warranty covers your unit under normal operation in all normal circumstances.  It does not cover malicious or catastrophic damage due to conditions beyond our control, such as damage due to improper installation, failure to follow manufacturer’s recommendations for proper power supply and installation; improper electrical supply or power surge; dropped product, theft, misuse, fire, or natural disaster such as hurricane or flood.  Does not cover any labor costs, shipping costs or other incidental costs.  If your warranted product is found to have failed due to any of these excluded conditions, we will notify you of the cost to repair or replace the valve.   

This extended warranty applies to all qualified returns within the United States and Canada, and certain other countries by prior agreement.  You may have other rights under state law beyond those listed here.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Should your unit require servicing, you must first contact Phase Four Industries to authorize and arrange for return of the valve.  Toll Free – 877-787-8833 or 831-636-9776.  When you receive authorization for repair or replacement, you may be asked to send your valve in at our option, (postage pre-paid and insured) with proof of product purchase (copy of original invoice if not purchased from Phase Four). If you purchased an RV with valves installed on it, please provide the RV’s proof of purchase information. If product is covered during this extended warranty period, Phase Four Industries will repair or replace your valve with new product (you pay the shipping costs), which will be the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
